当前民事执行存在诸多问题,已经影响到了民事司法裁判的完整性。民事执行问题主要表现在执行难与执行乱两大方面,其中执行乱又加剧了执行难,而民事执行检察监督的目的和优势,决定了民事执行检察监督是摆脱这种困境的有效方式。
