区域森林消防资源的空间分布是影响森林消能力建设的重要因素，其中森林消防站网点的空间布局对 于科学进行森林火灾防控具有重要意义。依据区域森林消防要求，根据地形、水源条件、森林资源分布、交通道 路、森林火险等级等要素设定备选消防站网点，借助GIS空间分析功能，利用ArcEngine编程进行最短路径功能 开发，可以调整备选站点位置或增加备选站点。以广州市西部白云林区为例，在新庄新增一个消防站点，可以基 本满足高火险区森林消防要求。
