高校档案工作是办好高校的基础工作之一。处于档案形成和产生第一线的兼职档案员队伍是高校档案工作的重要组成部分。建设高校兼职档案员队伍对保证整个学校档案材料的真实性、完整性和系统性的具有重要意义。其在队伍的稳定性、积极性,工作不得力、难以开展上所面临的种种问题,建议通过培训、健全制度等措施解决。
