白藜芦醇是一种具有抗菌、抗氧化、抗癌及多种保健功能的非黄酮类多酚化合物。从天然植物中获取大量白藜芦醇面临着资源短缺的问题,利用植物细胞悬浮培养技术生产白藜芦醇具重要意义。对植物细胞悬浮培养技术及其在白藜芦醇生物合成研究中应用的新进展进行了综述。
