An Investigation of the Endanger Donghua Dialect of Malin and HuangjinYao Autonomous Townships in Xinning County

邵阳市新宁县的麻林、黄金两个瑶族乡存在着一种特殊的汉语方言，当地人称之为“峒话”，根据实地访问与问卷调查，发现此方言已属于“方言岛”式“濒危方言”，并从代际语言传承（母语使用能力）情况、峒话使用人口占总人口的比例（丧失母语人口的数量比例）、现存语言使用域的走向、族群成员对母语的态度等四个方面确定其濒危层级为2～3级。

In Malin and Huangjin Yao autonomous townships in Xinning County, there is a special dialect called Donghua by the native.
