一个县民营经济的发展水平决定着县域经济的发达程度。永兴县民营经济在发展中存在着诸如机制、资源、政策、融资、环保、结构、人员素质等亟需解决的深层次问题。健全政府扶持机制、推进产业挖潜与技术创新、拓宽融资渠道、形成特色经济产业链、走规模化经济道路、加强品牌建设、提高从业者素质、优化生态环境、加快产业结构调整、优化经济发展环境等是保障永兴县民营经济可持续发展的有效对策。
