冲绳方言是日语中主要的方言之一。不同于日本本土方言，冲绳方言的形成与演变受到其特殊的历史条件和地理环境的影响。在冲绳，方言与日语标准语并存。但在日本推行的标准语教育的背景下，冲绳方言被不断地同化，并形成了独具地方特色的“冲绳日语”。

Okinawa Dialect is one of the main dialects in the Japanese Language. Different from the mainland dialect of Japan, the formation and development of Okinawa Dialect was influenced by its special historical conditions and geographic environment.
