在武术散打比赛中，运动员赛前情绪直接影响竞技水平的发挥。结合散打项目的特点，尝试性地提出了散打运动员赛前情绪调控的理论模型，并进一步探讨在该模型下，散打运动员赛前情绪状态的调控，试图为提高散打运动员的运动成绩提供有效的理论指导和实践服务。
