Through potted planting experiment in the greenhouse,it is quantitatively studied that the characteristic of quantitative variation of microbes in Cinnamomum camphora L.Presl.seedling soil responds with the various amounts of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.The result shows that polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons alter the population densities and assemblage structure of at least three soil microorganisms(bacteria,fungi,actinomyces).With the increase of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,the quantity of bacteria,fungi and microbes has a decline ...
