为了有效地评估区域森林可持续经营水平,在综合目前有关森林可持续经营的各国际公约指标体系的基础上,参考现有的一些资料,提出了评价区域森林可持续经营的三大体系模块:社会指标体系模块、生态环境指标模块和经济指标体系模块.设想分别对各体系中的单项指标用神经网络方法进行训练,然后由网络输出三大体系各评价指标的结果,其值用红、绿、蓝三原色取值范围(0～255)中的整值来表达;用红、绿、蓝三维立体坐标形成三大体系指标值的立方体图,得到其体积,用该体积来表示当前研究对象的综合可持续发展水平;把RGB图转化为HSB图.通过数据在HSB饼图中的落点靠近中心点的距离来表达综合可持续经营水平状况...

To effectively estimate the sustainable management level of regional forests, we put forward three research modules by means of consulting some key information and based on the integration of each international pact related with developmental management of forests. They are the targets of society, targets of environment and targets of economy. We assume to train the neural networks constructed by items from each of the three modules.
