为了充分利用泡桐灰天蛾颗粒体病毒（PsilogrammamenephronGranulosisVirus）资源，为开展害虫生物防治提供依据，对首次在湖南分离到的泡桐灰天蛾颗粒体病毒进行了研究．采用SDS－PAGE垂直板状电泳，测得此病毒包涵体蛋白分子量为3×104u；用电镜法规则，其DNA呈松驰的闭环状双链，平均长度约为23．9μm，分子量为47×106u；用DNA限制性内切酶分析其分子量为45．4×106u．

Granulosis virus has been isolated from dead Psilogramma menephron larvaefor the first time in Central South Forestry University- With the method of vertical SDSPAGE,the molecular weight is measured to be 3 × 104u.
