为了完善仙茅人工栽培和仙茅根繁殖体系,以四川、湖南、贵州、广西、云南收集的仙茅为实验材料,研究了不同地区,不同根部位、根年龄、根直径和根切割长度的仙茅根繁殖成活难易情况,并对四川仙茅成活率的条件（生根剂种类、浓度、侵根时间、根茎繁殖部位）进行优化。结果表明,不同地区仙茅根繁殖成活情况存在差异,四川仙茅成活率最高为47.3%,根上段繁殖成活率高达76%。选择栽培3~5 a、直径为1.0~1.2 cm、切割长度为3 cm的仙茅主根上段,浓度为200 mg/ml的NAA处理30 min的组合能较大程度地提高仙茅成活率。

In order to improve the artificial cultivation reproductive system of Curculigo orchiodes, this paper studied the breeding survival rate of Curculigo orchiodes at different regions, different root segment, root age, root diameter and root cutting length by experimental material collected from Sichuan, Hunan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Yunnan regions.
