Nutrient components of six forest vegetables Cephalanoplos segeturn, Cryptotaenia japonica, Calystegia hederacea , Cmaphalium a f fine, Amaranthus lividus , and Smilacina atropurpurea , and five cultivated vegetables amaranth, spinach, swamp cabbage, lettuce, and Chinese cabbage were analyzed.
