根据森林文化的内涵,归纳出影响森林文化水平高低的主要因子,构建了森林文化水平评价的指标体系,提出了森林文化水平指数的新概念。并以湖南省为例进行了森林文化水平指数的计算,对湖南省的森林文化水平进行了评价,提出今后发展对策。

According to the connotation of forest culture, this paper induced the main factors which influenced the forest cultural level. It constructed the target system of the forest cultural level appraisal, put forward the new concept of the forest cultural level index.
