经济欠发达非优区的旅游开发是一项难度大而且艰巨的任务,其特殊的经济背景及旅游资源赋存状况,决定了其开发与发展必然要选取一条与一般旅游区开发不同的途径.针对经济欠发达旅游资源非优区的主要特征,本文探讨了欠发达旅游资源非优区开发的可行性条件、旅游发展动力及旅游开发战略等问题,并以广东省和平县为例作了案例研究.关建词:欠发达;旅游资源;非优区;开发;市场导向
