实施生态经济发展战略是珠三角在21世纪的必然选择。本文对珠三角生态经济发展中生态环境问题、土地资源问题及产业结构等主要问题进行了分析。针对性提出了实行生态功能区划、构建区域生态结构体系,优化城市规模扩张模式、实现城乡融合,调整产业结构、不断探索生态经济在珠三角的发展模式,创新政府对生态经济的管理等对策。
