为了对森林火灾做到以预防为主，扑救有效，使防火决策准确可行，利用遥感技术(RS)、地理信息系统(GIS)、全球定位系统(GPs)以及电子技术建立了覆盖广州市的森林防火信息系统．本系统能够做到全天候实时监测林火状况，并能预测林火行为，提供关于火情的遥感图像信息以及扑救现场的实时图像信息，为森林火灾扑救指挥工作做出科学决策．

Using the principle of system integration as a guide, aiming at effective fire forecasting and prevention, and considering the necessity of reality and development, this paper conducts a study of the establishment of Guangzhou's forest fire prevention information system based on electronic technology and 3S: Remote Sensing (RS), Geographical Information System (GIS) and Global Positioning System (GPS).
