Now Eucalyptus wood begins to be used to pulp. The leaching rule of nano particles from E.camaldulensis wood has an important significance in the forestry research and paper making engineering. Therefore, based on the single-factor method, the fresh E. camaldulensis shavings were treated by LiOH in a concentration range of 0.5%~25% g/mL and the duration is 3, 16 and 24 hours respectively. The extraction mass was analyzed and the results were discussed. The filtrates were analyzed by ZETA and SIZER. The results were following as: (l) The extraction mass arrived at the maximum value when concentration is about 17.5%. (2)The micro/nano particles in the diameter of 531-1720 nm, 531-1720 nm, 164-531 nm is the most at the extracting time of 3h, 16h, 24h, respectively (2) The diameter the micro/nano particles of wood extractives and hemicellulose is chiefly between 164-1720 nm according to number fraction. However, there are micro particles in the diameter of more than 1720 nm when LiOH concentration is biger than 15%. The micro/nano particles in the diameter of 531-1720 nm, 531-1720 nm, 164-531 nm is the most at the extracting time of 3h, 16h, 24h, respectively.

The global economy is facing economic crisis at present. And all the industries are face to serious problem relative to their fates. In addition, the bamboo industry in China is not relating to ecological environment construction for low utilization rate of raw materials, high energy consumption and low products extra value. therefore, the development model and countermeasure is urgent to be studied in order to help the bamboo industry in China placidly pass through the crisis. Based on survey reports and large numbers of literature and data about bamboo processing, the present conditions of bamboo industry in China was analyzed systematically. On this basis, the development model and countermeasure with Chinese Characteristics were proposed to promote healthy development of bamboo industry.

In order to overcome the above-mentioned negative effects, the fresh Chinese-fir shavings were extracted in KOH soltion, were analyzed by ZETA and SIZER to find out the leaching rule of nano particles in Chinese-fir wood. The results are as follows: (1) The extraction mass arrived at the maximum value when KOH concentration is about 17.5%. The micro/nano particles in Chinese-fir shavings would be discharged sufficiently in the KOH solution with the increaing of extracting time.(2) The diameter the micro/nano particles of wood extractives and hemicellulose is comparatively scattered according to volume fraction. Micro/nano particles in the diameter of 91.3-342 nm, 91.3-342 nm, 342-1720 nm is the most at the extracting time of 3h, 16h, 24h, respectively (3)The diameter the micro/nano particles of wood extractives and hemicellulose is chiefly between 342nm and 6440 nm according to number fraction. Micro/nano particles in the diameter of 91.3-342nm, 91.3-342nm, 91.3-342nm is the most at the extracting time of 3h, 16h, 24h, respectively.

摘要:
The chemical components of red l%NaOH extractives of Castanopsis fissa wood chips were separated and identified by GC/MS after enriching and dissolving in benzene-methanol. Relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. 24 compounds representing 71.87 % of the extractives were identified. The most abundant constituents were hexadecanoic acid,methyl ester(17.08%), 9-octadecenoic acid (z)-,methyl ester (cas) (15.08%), 2,3-diphenyl-5-(3-methoxyphenyl)pyrrole(7.05%), hexadecanoic acid.ethyl ester (cas) (7.02%), 9,12-octadecadienoic acid (z,z)-,methyl ester(4.82%), 9-octadecenoic acid (z)-,ethyl ester (cas) (4.70%), octadecanoic acid,methyl ester(2.66%), 10-methoxy-nb-a`-methylcorynantheol(1.90%), di-(9-octadecenoyl)-glycerol(1.70%),ethyl linoleate(1.09%), 9-octadecenoic acid (z)-,methyl ester (cas) (1.03%), eicosanoic acid,methyl ester(1.01%), and so on.

摘要:
Industry design should aim at achieving a sustainable and optimal development of the corresponding industries relative to the target industrial chain, and it is necessary to consider the rational distribution of economic benefit in the industrial chain. Advanced materials of bamboo industry is the intermediate industry combining the primary industry of the original bamboo resource with great ecological benefit and the high-technique industry with large economic benefit. However, the relative low economic benefit of primary-industry population has seriously limited the stable increase of ecological resource. Therefore, the industry design should consider increasing the income level of primary-industry population. In this paper, a mode entitled "rear unitization and integration of high-technique industry" was presented to promote the development of the primary industry by adopting the mechanism of benefit distribution.

摘要:
Phenol-formaldehyde resin is used as the most adhesive to produce waterproof plant-based composite. However, this product contains phenol and formaldehyde which can be easily released to pollute air. Based on the single-factor method, the effect of nano TiO2 on situation of cure and pyrolytic reaction of PF resin was studied by FT-IR and Py-GC/MS. The result of FT-IR spectrograms showed that the absorbencies of Ar-OH, Ar and Ar-O-Ar of PF/TiO2 composite were lower than that of PF, and there were no peaks of PF/ TiO2 composite at 820cm(-1) and 760cm(-1), indicating that nano TiO2 couldn't improve the situation of cure of PF resin. There were components including carbon dioxide, D,.alpha.-tocopherol, 1,3-bis(trimethylsilyl) benzene, phenol from PF resin in 590 degrees C He gas. However, the 20 compounds including phenol,2,4,6-trimethyl-, phenol, 2-methyl-, phenol, 2,4-dimethyl-, benzene,1,3-dimethyl-, 9-anthracenamine,9,10-dihydro-, phenol,2-ethyl-, benzene,1,2,3-trimethyl-, phenol were identified by Py-GC/MS after PF/TiO2 composite was pyrolyzed in 590 degrees C He gas, and phenol and phenol derivants were found in the compounds. The result showed that nano TiO2 could effectively delay the pyrolysis of PF resin.
