摘要:
People have different aesthetic views and different designing styles at different times. We had analyzed in details from five aspects of significance, structure, source, morphology and forms, and draw conclusion of the new trend of modern designs. Concise manner was used to express the meaning of design. The using of the symbol in design contains both modern aesthetics also contain traditional culture connotation. Design originality comes from not only character, the scenery, flowers and animals and all kinds of science and technology of graphics, recently, there is a transition trend of the research on the design of the form from 2D to 3D. The development direction of design of form is from the general rule to more freedom and individuation. Through the research of the new trend of graphic design, to inject new concept designs, not only keep the traditional culture and national characteristics, but also the stamp of the age and design tide, meet the requirements and aesthetic of audiences.

摘要:
The polypyrrole / piezoelectric transducer (PPY/PT) was constructed to assay L-asparaginase activity. The initial reaction rate had a linear relationship with the activity of L-asparaginase in the range of 0.01 U· ml-1-0.10 U·ml-1. The detection limit was 0.01 U·ml-1. The proposed method was used to determine L-asparaginase activity in Proteus vulgaris from different strains. Compared with Nesslerization method, proposed method was' accurate, simple, non-toxic and real-time.

Based on the grain production data and agriculture statistical data from 1995 to 2005, factors of grain production in China is discussed by the model of gray correlative analysis. The results show that Consumption of chemical fertilizers, Effective irrigated area, grain sown area and stricken area, Total power of agriculture machinery are the most important factors that affect grain production. To investigate the impacts of natural disaster on productivity of Jiangsu Province’s grain production, Agricultural productivity was specified as a function of its natural disaster and gross additions of fixed assets during the year. Least square (LS) was employed to estimate equation parameters. It reports the results of a regression analysis of the relationship between rate of suffered grain production and agricultural productivity. The study is based on the analysis of the yearbook data for the period 1978–2004.
摘要:
The pH-shifting treatment (including acid treatment and alkali treatment) caused partly denaturation and degrading of myofibril. The pH-shifting treatment increased the surface hydrophobicity, surface -SH content and total -SH content, reduced the Ca-ATPase activity. Acid treated myofibril (ACM) did not show any endothermic transition peak in differential scanning calorimetry (DSC); while alkali treated myofibril (AKM) showed reduced T max value for myosin and actin. The SDS-PAGE indicated that acid treatment caused severe degrading of myosin heavy chain. High turbidity of ACM indicated more myofibril aggregated during acid treatment. The final G’ was in the decline order of M (550 Pa), AKM (135 Pa), and ACM (25 Pa). In conclusion, the alkali treatment was milder than the acid treatment.
